AGM 2020October 29th, 2020 @ 730pm 
Durham Community Centre (Arena Hall)

Executive positions up for re-election:
President, Registrar, Scheduler, Secretary, Facilities & Equipment Director, Webmaster


Nominations are now being accepted. Please forward to [email protected]
Details of the roles can be found in the bylaws on the documents page of the website (starting on page 20)
Proposed bylaw changes are due by Oct. 14th and will be posted on the website in the documents section. Submit proposed changes to [email protected]
