We are thrilled to announce the details of our Field Lacrosse Program at West Grey Rampage!
Important Details:
- Our season will kick off with tryouts late March
- The Season will run until mid-May, culminating in a Provincial Tournament in Brampton!
- All games will be played on Saturdays in Brampton
- Practices will be held in Ayton
Rule and Regulations:
- Field lacrosse is a full-contact sport, all players are required to wear proper equipment, including a helmet,
shoulder pads, arm guards, gloves and a mouthguard
- Games are played with 7 players on the field per team, including two attackmen, two midfielders, two
defensemen and one goalie
- The objective is to score more goals than the opposing team by throwing, carrying or catching the ball into
the opponent's goal

- A fun and competitive environment with experienced coaches and trailers
- Opportunities to develop new skills and improve existing ones
