The U13 West Grey Rampage hosted Owen Sound on Monday May 27th.
Nixon Brown opened the scoring less than a minute into the game, Brown gave the Rampage the early 1 to 0 lead. Owen Sound jumped ahead and quickly flipped the scoreboard and took a 3 to 1 lead. Carter Barrett brought his team within one and West Grey was behind 3 to 2 at the end of the first. The second period was evenly matched and neither team was able to alter the score. Owen Sound opened the game up with a short handed goal to take a 4 to 2 lead. West Grey pulled their goalie to try and spark some goals but in the end they fell 5 to 2 to Owen Sound. West Grey travels to face the Arthur Aces on May 30th at 8pm.
