On June 6th the West Grey Rampage hosted the Arthur Aces at the Durham Community Centre.
Noah MacDonald opened the scoring for the Rampage giving his team an early one goal lead. With under ten to go in the first frame Easton Reinhart scored from the slot giving West Grey the 2 to 0 lead. Blake Green scored to finish the period ahead 3 to 0. The Rampage came out in the second on fire scoring four goals in six minutes; Carter Barrett, Blake Green with a pair and Noah MacDonald scored his second of the game. West Grey finished the second period with a 7 to 0 lead. The Aces broke the shut out scoring 3 unanswered goals in the third. West Grey swept this home and away series against the Arthur Aces with a 7 to 3 victory. The Rampage are competing in the Stayner Hitman Spring Showdown on the June 7th weekend, stay tuned for updates.
